Valentines Weekend

What a good idea for a holiday. I have always loved Valentines day and this year only made me love it more. Clint knows that I love having flowers at work so he brought be a boquet of flowers, a single rose, two baskets of candy and a cute teddy bear to work. I was in a big meeting when he came and when I went to meet him my coworkers stood up and started clapping. Ha ha it was so funny to see Clint embarressed. I love when he gets embarresed because it rarely happends.

That weekend we went out with some friends and Clint surprised me with a new wedding ring!! I hated not wearing my ring while I was prego (swolen fingers) because surprisingly I would get the simpathy look from people once in a while and i just love wearing my ring. Plus this one is really big... bling bling! (real too...well a real ring. Just don't look too close) On Valentines day we went to our favorite place for breakfast, Marie Calendars, and then shopping. We got some of the essentials for our baby - stoller and car seat! So now if the baby comes we can take him home from the hospital. Yea! Its fun to see our baby room starting to get filled. That night we went to a session at the SLC temple. It was amazing, I have never been there and it was a really neat experience. And word to the wise, if you don't like to wait at the temple go on a holiday, there was only about 15 people in the session. So you think Valentines celebration is over, but not when you have a husband like Clint. He took me to the Zermatt Resort in Midway. It was gorgeous. Such a fun place to get away. In the morning Clint and I went and got pedicures. Ahhh, felt so good. Poor Clint was going for the foot massage but the girl who did his decided to file his nails the majority of the time. Ha ha it really was so funny because Clint had nice toenails before. I don't know how she took that much time. But I love to have pretty nails on my fat toes. :)

Our good friends went with us to Zermatt. We love having them around. Thanks Tahnee and Lorrin.
