When putting Tyson into his car seat on the way to the rodeo something happened to his arm. He wouldn't move it and he would cry unless we held it up like Clint is doing here. (Oh, my boys are so cute!)
When we got home we wrapped it in a sling so he could sleep. It was still hurting him pretty bad, but we figured something got pulled and it would feel better in the morning.
Nope! Next day it was still sore, but Tyson was still happy and adjusting well to just one arm.
Oh no, I am falling over!
Don't worry, I am a one armed pro! He went the whole day until 6:30 pm when we finally took him to the doctor with one arm. He played outside, ate his food, took naps and was completely happy until we would take off the sling. We called Clints aunt who is a nurse and she said it sounded like Nursmaid elbow and the only way to fix it is to have the doctor snap it back in place. Sure enough, she was right. Ten minutes after the doctor Tyson was using both arms again. Yea!!http://www.emedicinehealth.com/nursemaid_elbow/article_em.htm

He's a pretty cute one-armed kid.
wow poor little guy. I have never heard of that before. I guess you learn as you go right? He is getting so big April it's nuts.
Poor Tyson, I've never heard of nurses elbow either. I'm always scared or careful when we swing Taylor by her arms, she's so tiny and fragile. Give him kisses from Aunt Christine ;)
